Ok When it works,
I bought one of these from Sam’s Club three months ago and everything was fine. The videocard in this systemn is weak but ok. The processor more than makes up for it.
There is not much room for expansion cards on the motherboard.
It has USB 3.0 but the two USB 3.0 ports are placed on top away from the front, and they only give you two USB 2.0 ports that are conveniently placed in the front.
My system just would not turn on one day, and I could never get it to start again. I took it back to Sam’s Club and they were going to make me stick to their 90-day no questions asked reutrn policy, but I asked for a manager. I pointed out that I was only 14 days past the 90 day period and he decided to exchange it. I got their last one. I hope this one stays alive. This system only has a 300 watt power supply which is a mistake. These days the videocard, cd rom, etc. need more power.
A system with this much processor and this much RAM and hard drive should have at LEAST a 450 watt power supply.
This system has BEATS audio, which is just ok, it can’t compare to a Soundblaster X-fi or other high end sound card.
Overall, if it is working, it is pretty awesome.
