exactly what u need,
Cheap replacement that will get ur computer back up and running. This is my second replacement but first time I bought this specific model. This one does not get anywhere near as hot as my previous replacement charger which is a good thing. However, I am not under the impression that this charger will last more than 6 months or so and that’s being generous. But it will hold you out till u can save up and get a proper adapter/charger. (HP dv7 laptop)

I bought two of this products for my HP DV7-1175NR NOTEBOOK. The prodcuts were delivered more quickly than I expected (I will give 5* rating for this seller in this area), but the products I received have wrong Specifications. In Amazon, it was listed as DC-Output : 19V-4.74A-90W – Input : 100-240V ~ 1.5A 50/60 Hz that is required for my laptop. However, the ones I got are listed as 18.5V. They could get very hot after a period of usage. I have to disconnect it when it gets hot. Maybe I should have contacted seller for clarification/correction or return. Hope this review will correct their specifications on Amazon.

Mine worked for 4 months and was burnt; It worked longer then one that I got from ebay but it still didnt last that long! Ive got a HP dv6-1030 and carged it well for 4 months; Id say just spend the extra cash on a good one!!
